Shared reference data

Vendor exclusions and the period close calendar are consumed by several audits and every client. Changing them here follows the same rule as tuning an audit: Conduit shows you the precise blast radius, then re-evaluates only what you saw.

Vendor exclusion list

Vendors on this list are ignored by the Duplicate Payment and Expense Anomaly audits for every client. Use it for vendors whose billing pattern is legitimately noisy.

Period close calendar

Once a period is closed, audits stop reporting against it. Closing a period retires any open finding drawn from that period, across every audit for the selected clients.
